Peter: who?.. What?… Jesus' body is not in the tomb? What those roman soldiers were doing there? Let's go to check it out.

John: Let's go

Peter is trying to look into the tomb.

John: Do you see anything?

Peter: I don't see the Lord. Tomb is empty and I see that the linen cloths of the Lord lying there.

John: It's a bummer. We thought that Jesus will save us from the Romans, but He is dead and now His body is also missing.

John: What do we do now? Where do we search Him?

Peter and John goes away. Mary still standing by the door of the tomb. She stoops down to look into the tomb. Two angels appear in the tomb.

Angel: Woman, why are you weeping?
Mary : Because they have taken away my Lord, and I do not know where they have laid Him.

Mary turns around and see Jesus standing.

Jesus: Woman, why are you weeping? Whom are you seeking?
Mary: "Sir, if You have carried Him away, tell me where You have laid Him, and I will take Him away."

Jesus: Mary

Mary: Rabboni

While saying Rabboni Mary moves towards Jesus. Jesus tries to stop her by showing his hands.

Jesus: Do not cling to Me, for I have not yet ascended to My Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, 'I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.'

Disciples are talking among each other.
Peter: Last three days what the hell has happened.
John: Yea, how horrible it was. We saw our Lord hanging on the cross and dying
Peter: oh yea we thought that He will be the king and we will be His ministers ruling with Him.
John: Yea Jesus loved me so much. I even thought to sit at the right hand of Jesus.
Peter: Of course I was not far behind. He even once said like this to me "And I also say to you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build My church, and the gates of Hell shall not prevail against it."
John: Don't know what happened to all those great promises. Now we are all doomed

Mary comes to the disciples again.
John : There comes Mary again she seems to be excited.

When Mary reaches

Peter: Mary now what?
Mary: (Shouting with joy) I saw the Lord. I saw the Lord.
Peter: (Laughing) He is dead and now three days have gone by, how could you see the Lord.

Mary: I really saw the Lord, He talked to me.
John: What did he say?
Mary: He said to me to tell you that He is alive and He is coming to see you all.

Peter: I can't believe that.

Mary: Peter, Jesus is alive. He is risen.

Narration: Yes indeed Jesus is alive. He is risen. He has the power to resurrect us from sinfulness. He can give us a holy life. He died for our sins and now He is alive to forgive us and cleans us from all our sins. We have only to look to Jesus. What a great God we serve.
